Tamsin Brooks BSc (Hons) MCSP HPC
Tamsin studied at Newcastle-upon-Tyne and qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in 1992.
She is a specialist in the field of women’s health and is highly skilled in the assessment, management and treatment of complex and chronic pelvic pain (including male pelvic health), ante/postnatal musculoskeletal and gynaecological complaints and scar tissue mobilisation.
Tamsin teaches this specialism nationally at postgraduate level and is an active member of the POGP (Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists). Details of her pelvic health expertise can be found in the Services section here. Tamsin also has many years experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.
She is a skilled manual therapist and also uses other modalities, such as acupuncture and exercise prescription, to deliver a holistic and problem-solving approach to patient care.
Tamsin is also a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
